First off, Chris Mihajlovich is a genuinely beautiful, ethical, service-oriented human being. He also seems to attract the same to his business. He's hardworking. He was always on time for our appointments. If he wasn't able to show us a home, he made sure there was someone else from his team who could. Bobby, one of his agents, was wonderful too. This is a great team of authentic individuals with your best interests at heart. Very good people with lots of knowledge to share. If you work with them, your transaction should be quite joyous, as it should be.

Our experience with Chris showed him to be a very competent, honest, and caring man whose focus is on helping his clients. He is not just trying to get deals done. He genuinely wants to do things the right way and it shows. In our home search, we wanted someone who could provide us useful advice and information and not just facilitate a transaction. We told Chris to just go ahead with the deal as we feared losing the house. But when he sent us the final paperwork, we saw that he had managed to get a concession from the seller after all. Even after we had stopped fighting, Chris spent his time and energy to keep fighting for us. We highly recommend going with Chris as your realtor. Everyone has that relative or friend of a friend who has a real estate license, but are they really capable of giving you well informed advice and getting you the best deal possible? We are glad that we chose a true professional when making such a big decision.
